Norauto, a leader in automotive maintenance and solutions, certified Great Place To Work® in 2018, has today been named to the Best Worplaces® list in the category of more than 5000 employees. A reward that makes the company and its teams proud!

NORAUTO CERTIFIED BEST WORPLACES®: FULL FOCUS ON THE BLUE BLOOD SIGN

“Norauto, with its 48 years of experience, is a company very attached to its human values, its managerial practices, which make it its strength and its soul supplement. Norauto is above all the story of a large and beautiful family that has managed to keep alive and transmit its culture of sharing and solidarity, its strong commitments and its many performances. Leader in its market, the company now has 406 centres. The brand and its 6,500 employees have maintained a dynamic of development and innovation in a context of unprecedented revolution in the automotive sector (technological, energy, digital revolutions, etc.) with new uses and new ways of consuming. Norauto has moved from a car-centred model to a model centred on the road user experience, in a logic of “open innovation” and has surrounded itself with an ecosystem of partners. The challenge is to enrich our service offering and become a true solution platform, to develop and enrich our customers’ experience. That is why being rewarded by the institute at the Great Place To Work® Awards is a great reward and proof of progress for the company and its employees; it will help us to make our innovations, know-how and good managerial practices that make Norauto a Best Workplace® more visible. As a pioneering company in its sector, Norauto attaches importance to conviviality, transparency, accessible management, career development and training, which are our assets and make Norauto a unique company.” Samuel Barnabas, Managing Director Norauto France

“Training, dialogue, support and career development for all are at the heart of our concerns. Since the creation of Norauto, we have been committed to taking care of our employees who make the company’s success every day. It is important that everyone feels fulfilled at work. For years, our training courses have evolved to respond as effectively as possible to the revolution in the sector: electric, electronic, hybrid, etc. by developing skills and supporting internal changes. Today, the company is a real school with 30 training sites throughout France, run by 120 internal trainers and more than 71,400 hours of classroom training. We also develop internal and international mobility with a presence in 10 countries thanks to our famous zig-zag routes: from network to headquarters, from headquarters to network, from one geographical territory to another. That is to say: 100% of our sector managers come from internal promotion! Our training and career development are a real source of attractiveness, which we take care to innovate. »
Stéphane Wilmotte, HR Director Norauto France

NORAUTO : UNE ENTREPRISE OÙ LES COLLABORATEURS RIMENT AVEC AMBASSADEURS

As a committed company and leader in many fields, Norauto and its ambassadors are committed to innovation, which is a real challenge every day.
a source of inspiration: it is one of the first companies to practice cycling (reimbursement of mileage costs for employees travelling by bicycle to work), it is also one of the leaders in the sale of EAVs in France and the first player to offer eco-control reviews (analysis of engine pollutants) and the installation of the bioethanol box in its centres. In 2017, Norauto pioneered the monthly maintenance subscription with the launch of its Maintenance Pass package.

Built on a powerful DNA and strong human values, the company is also very committed to CSR/Sustainable Development and carries out many actions, particularly with its Foundation, on subjects related to integration, disability, the environment, road safety and education:

> In November 2018, the Responsible Generation Club awarded Norauto the Responsible Brand label, which rewards its global CSR strategy and more specifically its Vélotaf system.
> From February 21 to March 3, 2019, for the 2nd consecutive year, Norauto is the official partner of the 4L Trophy, the largest student automobile raid in Europe and sends 10 mechanics to accompany the 3,000 students during the 6,000 km covered and maintain the mechanics of the vehicles. A unique opportunity to highlight the know-how of mechanics and the automotive service trades to young people.

> On March 12, 2019, Norauto launched the 1st World Mechanics Day in its 406 centres in France in order to break down preconceived ideas about this profession of expert and passion and to promote this rapidly changing profession. It also opened the doors of its workshops to offer meetings between its experts and young people in training as part of the Automobile and Mobility Services Week.
> From March to June 2019, the company is organising the 7th edition of its Mechanical Challenge, challenging 308 young people from 35 schools throughout France to take part in the event, giving young high school students the opportunity to be spotted by recruiters.
